Nextern operates as engineering and manufacturing for industrial components.
2016
Nextern shifts focus to medical devices electromechanical systems in Asia and US.
2018
Nextern expands to Vietnam site; adds more focus to single-use devices.
2021
Nextern expands to Costa Rica to support growth of single-use devices.
2022
Nextern acquires NPX Precision Components.
2024
Nextern consolidates all product development into new headquarters in Maple Grove, MN.

Joined as CTO in 2022, bringing over 20 years of medical device experience across Interventional, Structural Heart, CRM, and Orthopedics. Co-founded Endogenex and Conventus. R&D leadership at St. Jude Medical and Boston Scientific.
